1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you - the user of the Site who is looking for ajob (hereinafter referred to as the "User") - and the owner of the Site - Limited Liability Company"Rabota International", registered at the following address. Kyiv, 12 Melnykova St.(hereinafter referred to as"ROBOTA.UA).

1.2. These Terms regulate the mutual rights and obligations of the User and ROBOTA.UA regarding theuse of the Website and the services provided through it

1.3. These Terms are a public offer and are considered to be fully accepted by the User when the electronicmark "I have read and agree to the Terms of Use" is placed while using the Website.

2. SITE DESCRIPTION

2.1. By means of the Website, ROBOTA.UA provides the User:

(1) the ability to search for current vacancies by various criteria (namely, by industry, by profession, bycity, and by employer) and mark the vacancies that are of most interest with the appropriate mark

(2) the ability to respond to vacancies posted on the Site by sending resumes to employers and view thehistory of submitted resumes on the Site;

(3) the ability to receive a list of current vacancies that may be of interest to the User by e-mail;

(4) the ability to post up to five resumes, which will be available for viewing by all users of the Site andsearch engines, only to employing companies registered on the Site or verified employers (at the User'schoice).

2.2. The use of the Website is free of charge for all Users. ROBOTA.UA does not charge any commissionor other payments from Users for using the Website

3. THE PROCEDURE FOR REGISTERING A USER ON THE SITE

3.1. The User may visit the publicly accessible sections of the Website and view vacancies posted on theWebsite without registration, remaining anonymous.

3.4. To use all the functionalities and services of the Website (for example, to post a resume on theWebsite and send it), the User must register.

3.2. By registering on the Website, the User confirms that he/she is an adult (18 years of age) and capableindividual, and all information provided during the registration is true, accurate and up-to-date.

3.3. By using the Website, the User undertakes, including but not limited to:

not to use malicious software and not to take actions aimed at disrupting the normal functioningof the Website;

not to distribute or otherwise use viruses or other malicious programs;
